decide to not feel bad anymore and change

oftentimes in life we must make the difficult decision to change direction in order to rediscover our priorities in life. Living in a stagnant state of #fear or #selfdoubt is really hard and I am tired of fearing failure or having the lack of #confidence and direction/purpose in life.

I’ve learned that my biggest mistake is not challenging myself to achieve goals in life and sticking to it even within the face of failure.

Challenge yourself to an 18 week goal of change - with one goal a day that is related to helping improve and change your life in some way.

What kinds of goals would you have in those 18 weeks?

What are you hoping to gain out of the 18 weeks?

  • To achieve the goals

  • Make and save money

  • Put in hard work

  • Stick to achieving these goals

  • Remember to celebrate any wins

When you decide to take the 18 week challenge to change your life, say to yourself today is the first day that I am making the decision to change the rest of my life and I am choosing to stick to my decision”
